Coaching

Coaching is an effective means of establishing where you are in your life, where you are going, and how you will get there by focusing on specific areas- from self confidence, to enjoying your work, creating time for yourself or living your dreams.

Coaching is not about changing yourself but becoming yourself. The more you know about who you are, the easier it will be to achieve what you want and to find what fulfils you.

Some people find it difficult to comprehend what life coaching is about or why you would need to pay someone to guide you in this way. What you need to remember is “if you carry on doing, what you have always done, you will always get what you have always got”. Coaching is about looking at things in different ways.

How Do The One To One Sessions Work?

Well… you would come to our premises which are friendly and non-threatening for an agreed length of time. Usually about an hour at a time is sufficient although our first meeting usually lasts at least an hour and a half.

During our 121 sessions I use a range of techniques for different individuals and of course depending on the “presenting issue”. I often find that the simplest techniques can work brilliantly for instilling confidence in an individual.

Together, we create plans and goals and aims which suit you. You have work (or things) to do between sessions; this helps you to start making changes to your life immediately.
